Unico Infinito Watercolor Quills, Set of 3
Unico Infinito is the high-tech watercolor brush from Borciani e Bonazzi. There are unique features and innovative materials from the tip of each Unico brush to the end of its handle.
The most important element of any brush, of course, is the fiber. These three luscious watercolor quills are made from HIDRO, a synthetic squirrel hair that's unique to Borciani e Bonazzi brushes. HIDRO features extraordinary absorbency and much more precise control than natural squirrel, for a top-notch painting experience that's adored by painters.
The defining feature of a quill brush is its elongated, wire-bound ferrule, and here Borciani e Bonazzi have made a bold change to the classic design. Like a traditional quill, Unico Infinito brushes have extra-long hair, with fine tips and big "bellies" that hold lots of paint. Also, like a traditional quill, Unico Infinito has a wire binding. But rather than the standard, rigid plastic sleeve, BeB has employed a longer, more flexible ferrule. We found that these ferrules offered more spring and closer control than their old-school counterparts.
Unico Infinito also has an innovative handle. Made from matte resin and etched with a cross-hatched pattern, these handles feel great in use and look great in your studio. Each one is flat at the bottom, so your brush can never roll off the table.
This set of three Unico Infinito Watercolor Quills includes three shapes: a long rigger, a long round, and a classic quill shape. They're packed in a zipper bag made from recycled leather scraps.

About Borciani e Bonazzi
Since 1951, Borciani e Bonazzi has made the finest quality artist brushes in northern Italy. Each BeB brush is still individually hand-crafted in Casalmaggiore, with the inherited skill of generations of brushmakers. Today, the artisans at Borciani e Bonazzi are able to use much more advanced materials, and they can make shapes that didn't exist in 1951. But they have never abandoned the irreplaceable process of hand-shaping the brush tip.

How quickly will my order ship?
Our St. Louis warehouse team is pretty speedy! We generally ship orders within one business day of receiving them. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order's packed and out the door.
How long will it take to arrive?
We offer shipping estimates for each order at checkout. Please note that these are only our system's best guess — there are many factors that may affect shipping time.
Generally speaking, our parcels take about 2-3 business days to travel to most U.S. addresses once they are shipped.
